231, Not A Day Older
H a p p y 4 t h !
Here in the USA, we are spending the day celebrating our nation’s 231st birthday. One of my favorite national holidays (Thanksgiving being another one), Independence Day is usually spent taking in a parade, going to a picnic, and watching fireworks. As for us, we’ll be attending a community event in the morning, spending the afternoon at the public pool, and concluding the day with an evening cook out.
A Midweek Celebration
With this year’s celebration taking place on a Wednesday, extending the holiday into a long weekend is impossible for most of us. So, it’ll be back to work on Thursday a day I will hopefully use for sending out query letters.
Enjoy your day no matter where you live in the world!
