Spring forward, fall back. Ugh! My body doesn’t seem to quite adjust, at least for the first week after the time has been changed. This twice annual tradition of moving the time to suit farmers seems a bit dated these days. As anyone who has worked on a farm can tell you, cows know nothing about time as they need to be milked on their time, not man’s time.
Oh well, at least I’ll be early to church this morning…not the full hour, but early enough to get there in plenty of time for worship service. At least this is something that I look foward to time change or not!

Navy must be the holder of some sort of record for sport futility. Today, the overmatched Middies lost to the Fighting Irish by the score of 38 to 14. This was the 43rd straight time that Navy has lost to Norte Dame, dating way back to the time when Roger Staubach was at the helm for Navy in the early 1960s.
Some probably think that a game against a service academy is an automatic win for Norte Dame. Maybe against Navy and Army, but you’ll have to ask someone in South Bend about Air Force. Back in the early 1980s Air Force ran off a streak of four straight wins over the Irish, something that set the Norte Dame program reeling.
Now if we could only get Navy to gain some of the old Flying Falcon momentum we’d see an end to Norte Dame’s dominance. At least you can credit the two institutions with carrying on a with a time honored tradition despite the lopsided relationship between these two football programs.

I made mention yesterday about the changes related to PRWeb — they are no longer accepting free news releases — and how I needed to tell my clients about the change. Since then, I have learned that my largest press release client has authorized that I make the switch to PR Leap as a result of these changes. Although this particular client pays for his release, he evidently agrees with me that PR Leap will be the better choice for the long run.
I wonder how many other companies and press release writers will come to the same conclusion?
