Top 10 Auto Writer Posts For 2007

Blogging here on The Auto Writer has been fun, especially over the past month. I have been spending some extra time working on developing high quality posts and the pay off has been increased business for me, a surge in blog traffic and better positioning online.

February 2008 will mark the second anniversary of this blog. To date, I have posted over 700 articles here as well as several hundred more automotive articles on my HTML pages.

The following are the Top 10 blog posts for 2007:

1. Car Shoppers To Embrace Year End Bargains — This one surprised me as I thought it would generate some traffic, but not over 2400 hits! Looks like I have a winning idea to go with.

2. Automotive Jobs — my newest section, which needs to be updated is a focus on racing jobs.

3. Your 52 MPG Accord Is On Its Way — I’m not too surprised this article did so well. After all, news of any car getting high fuel mileage is important in this day of $3 per gallon gasoline.

4. What’s Happening In The Automotive World — People like recap articles, particularly automotive excerpts.

5. Ultra Low Priced Cars, Will You Buy One? — Cars under 10K? What are we talking about, the 1980s? No, cars from China!

6. 4 Reasons Why You Need A Tonneau Cover — Even some promo articles seem to make for an interesting read.

7. The New Chrysler Is Poised To Dump 3 Models — R.I.P. DaimlerChrysler. The New Chrysler is seeking to trim the fat.

8. Sluggish Economy Taking Its Toll On Auto Sales — No surprise here: cars sales are down.

9. Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT-8 On An Off Road Exhiliration — Jeep, the only one.

10. Tricking Out Your Dodge Ram SRT-10 — High fuel prices aren’t stopping some drivers from having their fun on the road.

So, that’s it. Many thanks to my loyal readers and I hope to bring to you more fun stuff for 2008. Happy New Year!
