Chrysler Is Seeking Temp Help For Wisconsin Plants

Chrysler like General Motors and Ford is having a tough go of it, cutting production and reducing their respective workforces to align their needs with Chryslerproduction capacity. All three automakers reached agreements with the United Auto Workers to reduce their employee ranks through attrition, while leaving open the possibility that new employees would be hired, but at a reduced wage.

Well, the call for workers has gone out as the automaker has announced that they are hiring temporary help for two Wisconsin locations — its Milwaukee Distribution Center and its Kenosha Engine Plant.

Each full-time temporary position is for approximately 40 hours per week with a limited employment duration up to 119 days. Part-time positions are weekly on-call employment.

Hourly wages begin at $14.12 per hour. Positions may be on first or second shift. Interested candidates should apply at: www.hourlychryslerjobs.com.

Chrysler is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
